8/5/2026: Addendum #1 with responses to questions received from potential Respondents; updates language in the RFP document and the Attachment A.The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive sealed Proposals from responsive, responsible and qualified Vendors to provide a robust, secure, and user-friendly text-based Search Function Solution for DOAH's public-facing websites, including software, implementation, migration, testing, training, maintenance, support, and documentation.Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, including section 120.53, Florida Statutes, DOAH is required to maintain and provide a text-searchable repository of agency final orders and other publicly available information. The solution must enable the public to efficiently search and retrieve information using keywords and other text-based search criteria while providing accurate, relevant, and timely search results.Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, August 17, 2026.
