Re-solicitation of CIC-156707-A with Updated Requirement
Attention: All Prospective Bidders
This notice is to inform you that the re-solicitation process for CIC-156707, now designated as CIC-156707-A, is currently underway. Please note the following important update to the requirements:
Key Change:
Under Criterion CMT1, IRCC will now accept "virtual online" experience in addition to "in-person" experience.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to review the updated requirements carefully and submit their proposals accordingly.

Immigration, Refugee's and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) International Network has a requirement for in-person Second Language Training. The training will be given to Foreign Service Officers (FSO) on an "as and when requested" basis. The program will be structured to provide FSOs with the training to achieve a C/C/C reading, writing, oral language profile in order to meet the requirements of employment. Each learner will be allowed to take up to a maximum of 2270 hours of Second Language Training. The contract will include two streams, one for full-time group training and one for full-time individual training. Both streams will be provided in either French or English.
