February 15, 2024: Extend solicitation period. February 8, 2024 : Post the second round of Q&A's. February 2, 2024 : Correction in the description below and post of the first round of Q&A's. January 25, 2024 : Administrative Amendment to correct the title. Immigration, Refugee's and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) International Network has a requirement for in-person Second Language Training. The training will be given to Foreign Service Officers (FSO) on an "as and when requested" basis. The program will be structured to provide FSOs with the training to achieve a C/C/C reading, writing, oral language profile in order to meet the requirements of employment. Each learner will be allowed to take up to a maximum of 2270 hours of Second Language Training. The contract will include two streams, one for full-time group training and one for full-time individual training. Both streams will be provided in either French or English.
