Security Camera Maintenance and Repairs

RTA currently operates an integrated security infrastructure utilizing Genetec Security Center as its primary security-management platform. Existing equipment includes Axis IP cameras, HID Signo/HID multi-class access-control readers, and Morse Watchmans key-control units . RTA owns the Genetec license covering its security system and requires the selected contractor to maintain compatibility with and provide seamless integration into the existing Genetec environment. Due to the specialized nature of the system and the importance of maintaining continuity, reliability, and security across RTA facilities, bidders are required to be Genetec-certified and demonstrate the technical capability to service the existing equipment and software environment. RTA requires continuous and reliable operation of its security systems to support the safety and security of employees, passengers, facilities, vehicles, and other Authority assets. Because the existing security infrastructure consists of integrated and specialized hardware and software, RTA requires a qualified contractor capable of providing timely troubleshooting, repairs, system maintenance, technical support, and emergency response when necessary. Establishing this contract will provide RTA with a consistent source of qualified technical services, minimize system downtime, maintain compatibility with the existing Genetec Security Center environment, and support the continued operation and integrity of RTA's overall security infrastructure.
