Security Services (Trade services)

Fresno Housing is a public housing agency responsible for providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities within its jurisdiction. The Agency owns and/or manages multiple residential communities, administrative facilities, and related properties that require professional security services to support resident safety, protect the Agency's assets, and assist in maintaining a secure living environment. Fresno Housing is seeking qualified and licensed security service providers to furnish unarmed security personnel and related services at designated properties. Services may include routine patrols, monitoring of common areas, incident response, documentation of security-related activities, coordination with local law enforcement, and other duties as directed by the Agency. The selected contractor shall provide professional, reliable, and community-oriented security services that promote resident safety while respecting the rights and dignity of all residents and visitors. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and the Agency's policies. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and Fresno Housing's procurement policies.
