The evaluation method is lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) on a 10-year basis with specified shell rent conditions for years beyond the firm term. Offers must be submitted via the GSA Leasing Portal between July 1 and July 7, 2026, and must include a scaled floorplan, proof of ownership or representation, and marketing materials demonstrating the space’s readiness. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including fire, accessibility, energy efficiency, and Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA, is mandatory.
