The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to procure three portable air conditioning units and three remote control monitors from a single vendor. Please see RFQ and BNJ documents for item specifications. This is a total small business set aside. NAICS Code for this requirement is 333415 with a size standard (in employees) of 1,250. Wuotes will be evaluated on lowest price, technically acceptable. All vendors shall be signed up and have an active DUNS number in SAM.GOV to quote. There will be a single award for all items. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. Quoted product shall meet all the required specifications within the RFQ to be considered for award. Failure to do so will result in the vendor's quote being considered not technically acceptable. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. Purchase Orders shall be accepted for purchases. Delivery shall be performed within 45 days or award or less. This Request for Quote falls under FAR Part 12 & 13. Please make sure to fill out the Self-Certifying Document (Attachment # 1). If a vendor does not submit all required documents, they will be considered nonresponsive to the RFQ.
