Senate of Canada Net Zero 2030 Project

The Senate of Canada (Senate) is seeking to establish a contract for professional services to guide the Senate of Canada’s goal of achieving Net Zero Emissions/Carbon Footprint by 2030 as defined in Annex “A” - Statement of Work, for a period of 4 months from signature of contract for Phase 1 with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional phases. RFP enquiries regarding this RFP must be received by e-mail at Proc-Appr@sen.parl.gc.ca by the contracting authority, no later than November 23, 2022, at 11:00 am EST. Bidders should reference as accurately as possible the numbered item of the bid solicitation to which the enquiry relates. All communication or inquiries must be directed ONLY to the Contracting Authority. Non-compliance with this condition for that reason alone will result in the disqualification of Bidder’s proposal. Offers must be sent by email: Proc-appr@sen.parl.gc.ca. Bids transmitted physically or by facsimile will not be accepted. PLEASE MARK ALL CORRESPONDANCE WITH THE RFP NUMBER SEN-034 22/23.To ensure the equality of information among Bidder, answers to enquiries which are relevant to the RFP will be provided to all Bidders by simultaneously posting responses to CanadaBuys without revealing the sources of the inquiry.
