The intent of this contract is to pump out 2 septic holding tanks, at various times, then remove and dispose of all effluent and debris in an acceptable manner at a licensed disposal facility in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations, laws, and specifications of this contract. The work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and supplies and the performance of all labor and all incidentals necessary to pump and clean the septic holding tanks at the Hannibal Locks and Dam project.
