Full Description
FCC Allenwood is requesting quote on the following requirement under
solicitation number 15B20126Q00000014:
-Item 1 - Pump and dispose of contents of one (1) 10,000 gallon and one (1)2,500-gallon grease trap at FCC Allenwood from 10/1/2026 thru9/30/2027. Required pumping will occur in November, February, May, and August. Trap locations: LSCI (10,000 gal) and Unit 5 (2,500 gal)
-Item 2 - Pump and dispose of contents of two (2) 10,000-gallon grease traps at FCC Allenwood from 10/1/2026 thru 9/30/2027.Trap locations: USP and FCI. Required pumping will occur December, April, and August.
-Item 3 - In addition the four traps will need to be power washed once annually. To be determined by FCC Allenwood Facilities.
-The tanks will be visually inspected during each site visit any problems or damage will be reported to FCC Allenwood Facilities Staff.
-This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015- 4255 Revision 35 dated 08/12/2026.
-The contractor agrees to adhere to all regulations prescribed by the institution for the safety, custody and conduct of inmates. The contractor will provide a list of employees who will be driving and assisting the truck that will be entering the secure perimeter. Each employee will be required to be cleared through a NCIC background check. The background check will be conducted by the institution and requires the employees to fill out a background form that will be supplied by the institution. FCC Allenwood
reserves the right to reject any clearance application or revoke any approved clearance.
-The grease traps are located inside the secure perimeter of the institution but there is ample room for entry and maneuvering. The complex has tractor trailers in there for various reasons and there are no issues backing
up and turning.
-Award will be made to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability, price, and past performance. The government will evaluate information based on the following criteria. 1)Technical capability factor meeting or exceeding the requirement. 2)Price: Offerors must include all applicable costs (Example: Chemical Additives,Shipping, etc) in their quote. The total quoted price will be the evaluated price. 3) Past Performance: To include timeliness of service provided, providing correct product as specified, completing order as awarded/quoted, and applicable FAPIIS and CPARS reports; (poor past
performance, failure to deliver/service awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. The contracting officers knowledge of and previous experience with the supply or service being acquired will be applied in the best value determination.

than Friday, September 30th, 2026 at 12:00pm EST.
