Solutions may include existing but underutilized technologies that enhance mission capabilities, and while no specific funding is guaranteed at the time of submission, individual program requirements posted under this CSO will outline desired outcomes, funding profiles, and deadlines. All awards will be firm-fixed price, and the government reserves the right to use commercial procedures under FAR Part 12 or other appropriate FAR parts, including potential prototype agreements under 10 U.S.C. 2371b. Participants from universities and non-profits must recognize that commercial contract clauses will apply and should consult legal counsel before submitting.
