La Commission scolaire English-Montréal (CSEM) souhaite retenir un ou des prestataires de services pour l’entretien de ses terrains verts, plus particulièrement pour la coupe de gazon, l’entretien des haies et buissons, et le ramassage des feuilles mortes, et ce pour l’ensemble de son parc immobilier, en conformité avec les conditions du présent appel d’offres. La durée du contrat est établie pour une période d’un (1) an, pour l’été 2026, avec deux (2) options de renouvellement d’un (1) an chacune, soit pour les étés 2027 et 2028. Chaque été correspond à une période contractuelle s’échelonnant du 15 avril au 15 décembre de chaque année. La date du 15 avril est donnée à titre indicatif et pourrait être devancée en fonction, par exemple, d’une fonte des neiges hâtive ou tout autre impératif naturel. La date du 15 décembre est également à titre indicatif et pourrait être déplacée au besoin. Les établissements de la CSEM sont répartis sur cinq (5) secteurs, soit un (1) par lot, tel qu’indiqué au Bordereau de prix. Un (1) contrat sera attribué par lot au prestataire de service qui aura soumis le prix le plus bas et dont la soumission est admissible et conforme. Le soumissionnaire doit déposer une (1) seule soumission. Il peut toutefois soumissionner sur un (1) ou plusieurs secteurs, selon sa capacité. Le soumissionnaire doit prendre connaissance des plans à l’Annexe C, qui démontrent sommairement les surfaces nécessitant une tonte. Les plans fournis sont à titre indicatif : le soumissionnaire est le seul responsable de l’évaluation des superficies. Le soumissionnaire doit visiter les établissements où le service d’entretien des terrains et pelouses est requis pour se familiariser avec les lieux et s’assurer que les travaux et services requis peuvent se faire tel que demandés. Le soumissionnaire doit également vérifier toutes les mesures et dimensions, qu'elles soient ou non inscrites aux plans. Les visites peuvent être réalisées avant 6h45 et après 18h30 du lundi au vendredi ou toute la journée les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés. La présence d’un représentant de la CSEM n’est pas nécessaire pour ces visites.
