TO PROCURE one (1) service warranty for Metris Model HMX micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) X-ray machine for Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Services required are included in the attached sole source justification. NAICS Code 541511 and Small Business Size Standard is $25,000,000/year. This is Sole Source procurement, synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed source is Nikon Metrology Inc., 12701 Grand River Rd., Brighton, MI 48116. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
