ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)

This notice is posted to meet FAR 8.405-6(2) limited source. The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), has issued a direct task order to Triad Technology Partners/Bethesda, MD, a small women-owned GSA vendor, on a Limited Source basis for Base plus Two (2) Option Periods. Total value of the award is: $302,909.00. CFPB's transition to a common set of business processes required an information technology management solution making the fundamental purchase focus of CFPB. Through market research ITSM solutions were reviewed on the internet and on GSA Advantage. Triad Technology partners was identified to provide the ServiceNow product that ultimately met the needs of the CFPB: mobility, integration, social collaboration, service catalog functionality, robust dashboards and reports/data analytics along with the conversion of existing disparate applications or support that the changing business need requires with rapid application deployment. ServiceNow's ITSM product has been tested at CFPB and meets all requirements necessary to make CFPB's migration off the Dept. of Treasury's network seamless and fully operational. A Limited Source Justification (LSJ) has been submitted by CFPB and approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). Triad Technology Partners is the only vendor authorized by ServiceNow for installation and is located in the Washington, DC area and offers local resources to CFPB. Triad presented a solid discounted quote against their GSA Schedule, pricing has been determined to be fair and reasonable per FAR 8.404(d), the product and Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation are technically acceptable. Triad Technology Partners represents the best value for the Government.
