This acquisition is for a a non-personal services contract to provide facility maintenance services and certain related facility management services at Fort Hood to include operation, preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) service (M and S) for approximately 136 automatic doors, 3,375 overhead doors (some hangers), and commercial doors for preventative and corrective (on demand) maintenance at the Fort Hood Army Installation, Fort Hood, Texas. This requirement also includes certain facility management and support services, as defined in this PWS, at US Army Garrison Fort Hood.  The Contractor shall provide required PM and (CM) services in compliance with all code; criteria; regulations; and Federal, State, and local laws.  All work shall be performed at Fort Hood, Texas, which consists of the Main Cantonment, West Fort Hood, and all areas under the control of Fort Hoods Installation or Installation considered Real Property.
