CONTEXTE DE RÉALISATION DU MANDAT Conformément à l’orientation gouvernementale visant à renforcer la formation des professionnels de la santé en région et à améliorer l’accès aux soins sur l’ensemble du territoire québécois, l’Université du Québec en Outaouais (ci-après désigné « UQO ») entreprend le développement d’un nouveau pôle santé sur son campus de Gatineau. À cette fin, l’Université lance un appel d’offres public afin de retenir les services professionnels en architecture nécessaires à l’élaboration du projet. L’UQO propriétaire et donneur d’ouvrage, désire s’adjoindre les services d’une firme d’architectes possédant toute l’expertise nécessaire pour réaliser le Programme Fonctionnel et Technique (PFT), la conception, les plans et devis, la maîtrise d’oeuvre et la surveillance du projet de Pôle Santé sur le campus de l’UQO à Gatineau.
