It is ODM’s preference to award to a supplier on a State of Ohio enterprise contract. However, suppliers not on an enterprise contract may bid and may be considered.Please be sure to reference the State of Ohio enterprise contract number on bid. Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys.In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead, and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.
