Shared Services Canada Network Equipment Requirement REF # BPM025974

Shared Services Canada is soliciting bids for the procurement of network equipment to support a Department of National Defence test laboratory at Bentley, Ontario, under solicitation number BPM025974/33984. The requirement includes the delivery of two Layer 3 switches, two Gateway Routers, five Edge Routers, and associated accessories, each must comply with the technical specifications outlined in Appendix A. The Layer 3 switches must support sustained traffic of at least 1 Gbps, a non-blocking switching capacity of at least 10 Gbps, 24 x 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, two or four SFP+ optical ports, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching with static and dynamic routing, multicast, up to 256 VLANs, up to 16 VRFs, hardware-based QoS with DSCP marking, and support for DND/PKI certificates with NIST-standard post-quantum cryptography capabilities. All equipment must be accompanied by one year of technical support via phone or email and a five-year OEM-delivered warranty and next-business-day hardware replacement. The contracts must include a 5-year maintenance and support term for all items listed in Annex B, with deliveries to be made to SSC - Wills Transfer Ltd, 3100 Swansea Crescent, Ottawa, ON K1G 3W4. Bidders must provide pricing in Canadian dollars with DDP destination delivery and duty included, with applicable taxes shown separately, and must include all costs for the entire contract period, including any options for extension. Bids must fully comply with mandatory requirements defined in Annex A, and failure to meet any mandatory specification results in automatic disqualification as non-responsive. Evaluation will be based solely on the lowest priced responsive bid. Offerors must submit Form 1 (Bid Submission Form), Form 2 (Integrity Provisions), and Form 4 (if requested under the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy), along with an OEM Certification Form confirming authorization to supply the equipment.
