AI Contract Overview
This contract, issued under solicitation number SPE4A5-26-T-105M by the Department of Defense’s ASC SUPPLIER OPER OEM DIVISION, seeks the procurement of 43 units of Woodward HRT Inc part number 30100538, identified by NSN 5365012261894, at a unit price of $43.00, for a total contract value of $1,849. Delivery is required within 175 days from the date of order, with FOB Origin terms, and final delivery must be made to Hill Air Force Base, Utah, at the specified logistics address. Inspection and acceptance both occur at the destination point, with the government retaining full responsibility for verifying compliance. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951 unless superseded by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with mandatory compliance to RP001 for palletization and MIL-STD-129 for marking, labeling, and barcoding, including Unit of Issue and Quantity per Unit Pack information. Sampling follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and attributes are classified with predefined verification levels or AQLs, with unspecified attributes treated as major. The contract includes stringent cybersecurity mandates under DFARS 252.204-7012 and 252.204-7020, requiring NIST SP 800-171 compliance, a Medium or High assessment level reported in the Supplier Performance Risk System, and flow-down obligations to all subcontractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information. Contractors must also affirm compliance with SAM registration, Buy American Act, and other socioeconomic representation requirements, with potential application of HUBZone price evaluation preferences. The contract type is not finalized but is expected to be Firm-Fixed-Price given its use of simplified acquisition procedures. Invoicing must be conducted exclusively through WAWF, and all proposals must be submitted electronically via the DIBBS system prior to the May 7, 2026 deadline, with automated award consideration possible based on lowest technically acceptable price.
