The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the rental of a shooting range indoor or outdoor, along with associated services, to conduct mandatory tactical qualifications of its members. The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods. This is an open tender; however, this procurement will be conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, if bids from two (2) or more Indigenous businesses are compliant with the terms of the Request for Proposal. In order to be considered, the Bidder must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. Basis of selection: The evaluation will be in phases: i. Phase I: Mandatory Technical Criteria Evaluation ii. Phase II: Financial Evaluation iii. Phase III: Site Inspection and Approval The bidder with the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will proceed to Phase III of the evaluation, i.e., site inspection and approval. Inspection details are stipulated in the Statement of Work and in the Request for Proposal document. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: florenta.nutu@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
