Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on or about May 15, 2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the issue date on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ then click the cFloders under the Technical Data tab.
