The City of Dania Beach intends to proceed with the implementation of the Sidewalk Master Plan – Phase II, consisting of the removal, replacement, repair, restoration, and ADA improvement of existing City-owned sidewalks identified during the Citywide Sidewalk Assessment completed in April 2022. The project will address both Tier 1 and Tier 2 sidewalk deficiencies, including vertical and horizontal faults, cracking, spalling, obstructions, visual cross slope, ponding, and other identified sidewalk conditions within the selected Phase II project area.
