Scope: Contractor: Remove and dispose of existing walks and granular materials, and dispose at town dumpsite. The contractor will shape subgrade, place and shape subbase, set forms, install rebar at crossings, pour and finish. Supply all Equipment, Labor, Formwork, Supplies, Mobilization and Demobilization to complete the work. Maintain barricades in work zone. Supply granular fill, rebar and ready mixed concrete. Organize and provide documentation of six proctor density tests at 95% in randomly selected locations. Town: Supply barricades for the work zone. Supply marked location at Landfill for the contractor to dump the removed concrete. Specification: Construction will be to City of Regina Specification 2550, Drawings R7, R7b, R8, R10. Crossings will be reinforced with 10 m rebar placed 400 mm o.c. in each direction. Quote: As per attachments Examination: Contractors are encouraged to view the site prior to providing you quote.
