Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department requires a qualified Contractor to provide sidewalk replacement and repairs estimated at $10,000,000.00. The work performed under this Contract may include, but is not limited to, the following: removal of existing sidewalks, construction of new concrete sidewalk segments, repair, replacement, and rehabilitation of existing sidewalks and curb ramps, grinding and retrofit of existing sidewalks to achieve compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), incidental repairs to irrigation and sprinkler systems impacted by construction activities, tree removal, where necessary to facilitate construction, temporary construction traffic control, including coordination and implementation in accordance with applicable standards, sodding and site restoration.
SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 9% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors.
