SIEMENS Communication

The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI intends to award a Purchase Order to Unify, formally SIEMENS, to upgrade the existing SIEMENS Communication Equipment system at the 15th Wing Command Post. The upgrade will encompass 5K programmable line options to include: multi-line, teleconferencing, speed dials, direct hotlines, local civil authorities, UHF/VHF/LMR usage and HHQ communications. Simplified Acquisition Procedures using FAR Part 13, Acquisition for Commercial Items will be used for this requirement. This is neither a request for quote or announcement of forthcoming solicitation. Interested sources that believe they can perform the services required may submit a capability statement to Ms. Taylor Boomershine by 1:00PM, Hawaii Standard Time on 14 Sep 2016. The government will consider all responses but a determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. If no viable responses are received by the due date, the Government will issue a Purchase Order to Unify.
