This action is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of brand name Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ software for licenses that will be purchased on a Firm-Fixed-Price order. This solicitation will be competed amongst Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ software authorized vendors under one award order. Pricing must be ALL INCLUSIVE of items listed, shipping/delivery, and fees. Government does not pay tax. Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ software brand-name only! Commercially available Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ software licenses, token packs, and monthly maintenance support are being solicited. The software is used to support the modeling and analysis of a wide range of engineering applications, including streamlining the Computational Fluid Dynamics workflow.
