Following is a summary of information for this Project. Bidder is cautioned to refer to other sections of the Project Manual, Drawings and Addenda (Bid Documents) for further details. Atlantis WKA Bastrop, LLC on behalf of Wildwood Municipal Utility District, hereafter called Owner, is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all Work required for the following Project(s): Silverleaf GST and Pump Station Located at: 2729 W SH 71, Cedar Creek, TX 78612 The Work consists of: site development for a ground storage tank and pump station to service future development in the Silverleaf subdivision. Site development includes installation of water storage, disinfection, and pressure maintenance facilities, including all associated accessories and components, construction of yard piping, site grading, clearing and grubbing, installation of structural walls, site perimeter security fence, and seeding, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
