The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER). This will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. The contract magnitude is between $5 Million and $10 Million. This requirement is a 100% HUBZone Competitive Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $35.5M. The requirements include but are not limited to providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to execute the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) on Luke AFB, Fort Tuthill, Barry M. Goldwater Range at Gila Bend and the Air National Guard Refueling Wing at Sky Harbor International Airport. Projects consist of multi-discipline construction projects involving repair, alteration or new construction of real property.
