Full Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a single source, fixed price, agreement under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part Twelve in conjunction with FAR Part Thirteen, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to ACE Parking Management, Inc. of San Francisco, California. This agreement will continue the lease of parking spaces for Criminal Investigations Division (CID) vehicles in the garage at the EPA Region 9 (R9) Headquarters Building in San Francisco. The term of this service will be for a period of twelve months, paid on a monthly basis. Because of their high value to the Government, CID vehicles must be garaged in a secure facility that is in close proximity to the R9 Headquarters office. The garage operated by ACE Parking is the only facility capable of meeting these requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the EPA requirements described herein may submit a response which will be considered if received by November 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
