GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Singlewire Informacast Renewal. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the attached instructions and Terms & Conditions, as well as the applicable provisions of the specifications.
SCOPE: The District intends to contract for the renewal of its annual maintenance subscription for enterprise licensing of Informacast Fusion mass notification system, as specified in the Items Details section of this RFB. The subscription will be for a 5 year term. Singlewire contract #00005178. Licenses should be compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 15 SU2.
Start Date: 1/1/2026 End Date: 12/31/2030 **Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements.
