Skid-Steer Loader

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District hereby request for a Quote (RFQ) to obtain a Skid-Steer Loader, including delivery for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W912P4-16-T-0007 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. (iv) This required is set aside for small business. NAICS code is 333120. Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees (v) Offerors shall provide pricing on the attached bid schedule. (vi) The contractor shall furnish and deliver S-70 Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader or equal. Additional information are in the attached statement of work. (vii) Skid-Steer Loader awarded shall be fully delivered within 90 days of contract award. The exact delivery dates shall be coordinated with the USACE staff. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the lowest acceptable price, and meets the Brand Name or Equal requirements below. (x) Offerors shall be registered at SAM.Gov in order to be eligible for award. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Bobcat or equal. To be considered equal if has the same technical features as Bobcat S-70 Skid-Steer Loader.
