Scope: Replacement of existing 90-Ton capacity air-cooled chiller with new air cooled chiller of same capacity. Addition of Chiller water buffer Tanks (2x250 Gallons) Necessary to increase volume of water in the billed water system to provide chilled water “Loop-time” of minimum 3 minutes per chiller manufacture recommendations. Connection of new chiller to existing BMS. Chiller’s factory startup, Test run and owners acceptance.
