The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Pat Kelly Equipment Co. Inc., can provide MoDOT St. Louis (SL) District with one (1) used 2023 Bomag Tandem Vibratory Roller originally leased by MoDOT. Pat Kelly Equipment Co. Inc. is the only distributor who has the equipment for immediate delivery in the region in which supplies are needed for a discount for a limited period of time.
