The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Hi Viz Hardknock Hard Hats or equivalent, on as needed, if needed basis to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. This solicitation will be awarded to multiple suppliers. The contract period will be upon notice of contract award through August 31, 2027 with four (4) optional one-year renewals. All questions and issues should be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the due date of the bid. MoDOT will not accept any responses by email.
