DND is seeking to acquire a number of small UGV systems and logistics support such as spare parts, training, technical and maintenance services on an as and when required basis to meet specific operational requirements.The required goods and services will be specified in subsequent SOWs which will be included in RFPs issued to qualified Supply Arrangement holders. These SOWs will specify the goods to be provided and/or the exact dates, locations, tasks and deliverables for service delivery as well as other performance requirements to meet specific operational requirements. These could include additional sensors, payload requirements or extended range requirements.
Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these services, a Request for Proposal will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation.
The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from the date of issue to 31 December 2027.
This RFSA requires suppliers to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their arrangement electronically. Suppliers must refer to Part 2 of the RFSA entitled Supplier Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSA entitled Arrangement Preparation Instructions for further information on using this method.
Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the request for supply arrangements process. Suppliers should make the request to the Supply Arrangement Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for supply arrangements process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
