Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144 until: Friday, June 14, 2024, 10:00 am, Local Time, at which time all received proposals will be opened and recorded, for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the completion of the: SMITH GILBERT GARDENS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. Factors used in evaluating proposals will include: Firm Qualifications, References, Experience, Litigation Record, and Project Cost. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The principal items required for the project shall include all materials and labor necessary for the creation of a new restroom building, a new pavilion, a new ADA parking area, the paving of an existing parking lot, and paved walking paths throughout Smith Gilbert Gardens. General conditions, specifications and contract documents shall be obtained at no cost from the Kennesaw City Clerk's Office upon request via email to Lea Alvarez contact@example.gov. Only a proposal submitted by a Contractor on record with the City Clerk's Office as having received general conditions, specifications and contract documents from the Issuing Office will be opened.
