Full Description

The Town of Smithfield on behalf of the Smithfield School Department is requesting sealed proposals to perform Lavatory Renovations located at Smithfield High School. The Contractor will be expected to perform all work related to the renovations during non-school hours . There will be a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Visit and Meeting to be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM [AC1] at the Smithfield High School, 90 Pleasant View Avenue. Vendor questions will be accepted until Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM , questions received after this date and time will not be considered. Questions are to be directed to: John Racine, Robinson Green Beretta Corporation (RGB Architects) at JRacine@rgb.net and Carlos Santos (Town Procurement Agent) at Csantos@Smithfieldri.gov .
