Snow Removal Assistance Equipment with Operator

The Missouri Department of Transportation Central District is soliciting bids to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for snow removal assistance during the 2026-2027 winter season. This as-needed contract requires the provision of motor graders and challenger units with blade units, including qualified operators, across various Missouri counties such as Boone, Callaway, Camden, Cole, Cooper, Crawford, Dent, and Washington. Bidders must provide hourly rates for standby time and operator training, as well as estimated response times for deploying equipment and manpower. Awards will be granted to vendors who comply with all mandatory specifications and provide the lowest and best bid based on price and responsibility.
