Snow Removal Camp Petersville, NB

Requirements:
The work under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour material, tools and equipment required to carry out snow clearance and removal at Camp Petersville, as directed by the Engineer.
The duration of this Contract will be from 15 October 2022 to 14 October 2023 with an option to renew for two one year periods.
All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specification Number L-G2/11-9301/13

It is optional that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Camp Petersville, Base Gagetown, Oromocto, NB on August 26, 2022.
Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at maryse.cyr@pwgsc.gc.ca by no later than 12:00 pm on August 25, 2022. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot.
All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Maryse Cyr, email - maryse.cyr@pwgsc.gc.ca.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
This PWGSC office provided procurement services to the public in both official languages
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
