Snow Removal Services at FWA & YTA

The U.S. Army’s Regional Contracting Office – Alaska is seeking information from qualified businesses capable of providing comprehensive snow removal services at Fort Wainwright and the Yukon Training Area in Alaska. This effort is strictly for market research purposes to assess the availability of experienced vendors and to inform future acquisition planning, including potential set-aside strategies. Interested parties must submit a capability package by 11:00 AM AKST on August 3, 2026, including a statement of interest, a detailed capability statement highlighting relevant experience, a CAGE Code, and an active UEI number. Submissions should be sent via email to Michelle Aguilar at michelle.i.aguilar2.civ@army.mil. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or request for quote, and no contract or award will result directly from this effort. Participation is entirely voluntary, and the government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing or submitting information. All responses will be used solely to evaluate industry capacity and inform future procurement decisions. The contract will be performed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and is managed by the Department of Defense through the Office of the Regional Contracting Office – Alaska.
