Pool Re Services Limited has awarded a contract to DigitalXRAID Limited for the provision of a Security Operations Centre as a Service (SOCaaS). Conducted under the CPF regime and subject to the Procurement Act 2023, the agreement is valued at 316,124 pounds excluding VAT. The initial term of the contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with a potential extension available until 30 September 2031. The scope of the services includes a comprehensive range of security operations, including incident management, log collections, SIEM operations and retention, and threat intelligence. Additionally, the supplier is responsible for detection engineering, vulnerability assessment and scanning, reporting, service management, and continuous improvement. The contract also covers assurance, testing and exercise support, as well as security awareness training and phishing simulations.
