Solar Panels at YWCA Hartford Region

The YWCA Hartford Region is soliciting sealed bids for the installation of solar panels and electrical connections on the flat roof of its two-story office building located at 135 Broad St., Hartford, CT. This project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation, including roof debris removal, the installation of supports with flashing and sealant, and the connection of panels to the existing electrical system. The eight-story residential tower is explicitly excluded from the scope of work. Bids are due by 12:00 PM on September 30, 2026, and must be submitted to the YWCA Hartford Region main office.
