Full Description

This modifies an earlier Special Notice: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston, intends to modify contract N65236-04-C-7602, on a sole-source basis with G&H International Services Inc. (G&H), 1747 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC, 20006-4604. The Government has identified a requirement to transition the system prototype, developed by the contractor, to an operational system. This will require the contractor to fulfill Government Information Technology policies that were unforeseen. The contractor support required is a continuation of ongoing technical services including technology planning, technical assistance, technology transfer and transition to the Homeland Security community. An increased cost of $806,255.56 is anticipated. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
