THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-11-G-WS45. This Job Order to be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-11-G-WS45 and is for the procurement of engineering services required to support NSWC Crane in its role as the Repair Depot Activity, Logistics Management Information Activity, and Fleet Support Activity for a Gun Bay Power Supply, Weapon Replaceable Assembly 9. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Crane Electronics, Inc., 84 Hill Avenue NW, Fort Walton, FL 32548-3858 in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for the sole source is that no contractor other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Crane Electronics, Inc. has the experience, knowledge, and proprietary information necessary to provide the required engineering services to support the standup of the Gun Bay Power Supply WRA-9 repair depot activity at NSWC Crane. The Government does not possess rights to the technical data necessary to manufacture required spares and/or test equipment required for the depot standup. No solicitation/Statement of Work (SOW) will be made available on Fed Biz Opps and no hard copies of the Job Order SOW will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the agency.
