N00164-15-R-JQ06 - SOLE SOURCE - HIGH ENERGY CONVERTERS FOR THE MULTI-SPECTRAL TARGETING SYSTEM - FSC 58 - NAICS 335312 Anticipated Issue Date 23 JUL 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date 28 AUG 2015 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to procure the requirement for the High Energy Converter, Part Number 4973932. The anticipated contract type is Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract with an ordering period of 5 years. The delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC Crane, Indiana. The ordering period is 5 years with a minimum quantity of 1 each of any configuration and a maximum total combined quantity of configurations of 150 for the High Energy Converters. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with GE Aircraft Systems LLC, 1000 MacArthur Memorial Highway, Bohemia, NY 11716 in accordance with Statutory Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement."
