iManage License SupportThe Contract Appeals Board (CAB) of the District of Columbia has forecasted a requirement for support hours related to the proprietary iManage Case Management System, indicating an upcoming need for technical assistance and maintenance services. This action is part of the agency’s planning to ensure continued operational functionality of its case management platform, which is critical to managing legal and administrative proceedings. The forecast does not specify a solicitation number, nor does it outline budgetary details, contract duration, or vendor qualifications, but it signals intent to procure ongoing support services likely including troubleshooting, system updates, user training, and data integrity maintenance. The procurement is classified as a forecast entry, meaning the exact timing and scope of the award have not yet been finalized. The place of performance and point of contact information are not provided, suggesting that details will be released in a future solicitation. The agency’s location in the District of Columbia implies that services may need to be delivered remotely or on-site within the jurisdiction, with potential preferences for local vendors or those familiar with government case management systems. Contractors should monitor future postings for a formal request for proposals or other procurement instruments that will detail response deadlines, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria.

S--Non-personal janitorial services - NWS Green BayThe U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is soliciting non-personal janitorial services for the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, under solicitation number 1305M326Q0320. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quotation under FAR Part 12, with award intended to be made on a low price, technically acceptable basis to a single small business firm on an all-or-none basis under a fixed-price purchase order with Net 30 payment terms. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for small businesses, with the NAICS code 561720 and a $22.0 million size standard. The incumbent contract, previously awarded to Worldwide Enterprises for $76,800 over five years, provides context but the current Statement of Work may differ, making a thorough review and recommended site visit essential for potential offerors. Services include all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial tasks as defined in the attached Statement of Work. Performance is estimated for a one-year period from August 15, 2026, to August 14, 2027, though the start and end dates may adjust based on award timing, with provisions allowing for a shortened base period or updated quotes if necessary. All work must be performed at 2485 South Point Road, Green Bay, WI 54313-5522. Quotations must be submitted electronically by 10:00 a.m. MDT on Monday, July 27, 2026, to kirsten.keen@noaa.gov, and must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the attached SF 18 form. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015-4893 Revision 30 dated May 13, 2026, applies and is available via SAM.gov. While a site visit is not mandatory, offerors are strongly encouraged to inspect the facility to understand local conditions, and failure to do so will not constitute grounds for post-award claims. All questions must be directed via email to the designated point of contact, and no responsibility is assumed by the government for non-receipt of quotes; confirmation of submission is the offeror’s obligation.
