Full Description

This justification has been developed for contractor support of the Interactive DataFlow (iDataFlow) Print Software windows-based software package. This software package is a system originally designed by iDataFlow, Inc. It is now owned by NewLineNOOSH, Inc., who has been continuing the necessary support services to meet the specific needs of the Social Security Administration (SSA). Since its installation, this software continues to evolve by NewLineNoosh's customized on-site software configuration. Because the iDataflow package is a unique proprietary system and is not a generic software program, it cannot be supported with off-the-shelf support. Therefore, only NewLineNOOSH can provide the necessary support services of 1) customization and 2) system maintenance. In accordance with the criteria of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-1(b)(1), "contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available."
