The contractor shall provideanalysis, design, engineering, development, testing, integration, productionand sustainment for application migration to a Service Oriented Architectureenvironment. The Government anticipates award of a multiple award, indefinitedelivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract that willprovide for the issuance of fixed price task orders. The period of performanceincludes a base year and two one-year option periods. The procurement will beconducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
