Sole Source -Metal Brow Repair

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Base Seattle, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Quigg Bros, Inc. for the repair of a metal brow connecting to a floating pier at USCG Station Grays Harbor in Westport, Washington, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the absence of other qualified sources capable of meeting the urgent operational, technical, and schedule requirements. This action is taken under Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.106-1(b), with a maximum potential value not exceeding $350,000, and is classified as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the contractor confirmed as a small business.
