SOLE SOURCE NOTICE

INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE This notice is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 5.101. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract using FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to contract with ATNA Systems LLC, 56 Huckleberry Way, Jasper GA 30143-2861 on a sole source basis for Camera Pole Box Units. ATNA Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as the sole authorized retailer of the Camera Polebox Units. ATNA LLC owns the propriety hardware, software and material designs that are used in these products and support the services and devices currently in use, specifically required for this acquisition. The total estimated value of this contract is estimated to be $529,000. The estimated award date is August 1, 2023 with an estimated delivery schedule of October 1, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335999, with a Size Standard of 600 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5836 - Video Recording and Reproducing Equipment. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered a response to this Special Notice. However, all responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement in response to this notice, which if received timely, must be considered by the agency. All capability statements must be submitted to Christopher Saunders, Contracting Officer, via email only at contact@example.gov no later than July 28, 5:00 PM ET . Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
